Individual therapy Massachusetts

Therapy that's built around your life, not a template.

Life rarely fits into neat categories. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, navigating ADHD, recovering from burnout, moving through a major life transition, or wanting to strengthen your relationship, therapy should meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.

Relationship challenges

Improving communication, understanding recurring patterns, and building healthier relationships—with partners, family, colleagues, and yourself.

Self-Esteem & Self-Compassion

Develop a more balanced relationship with yourself by building confidence, self-compassion, and resilience.

Understanding how you got here, rebuilding your energy, and creating boundaries that are actually sustainable.

Burnout

Navigating career changes, parenthood, grief, identity shifts, relationship changes, and those moments when life no longer feels familiar.

Life transitions

Learning how your brain works, building practical systems, and reducing the daily overwhelm that comes from constantly feeling behind.

Adult ADHD

Breaking cycles of worry, overthinking, perfectionism, and self-doubt so anxiety stops making every decision for you.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

One-on-one support for the things you're actually dealing with.

Areas I commonly work with

If what you're struggling with isn't listed here, that doesn't necessarily mean we won't be a good fit. Many people come in simply knowing something doesn't feel right. Together, we'll figure out where to begin.

Fee is $125  per session

Every relationship goes through difficult seasons. You may be feeling disconnected, caught in the same arguments, adjusting to parenthood, navigating infertility, rebuilding after infidelity, or simply finding that you're no longer connecting in the way you once did.

Couples therapy creates dedicated time to slow down, step away from the day-to-day pressures, and look at your relationship together. It offers an opportunity to better understand what's happening beneath the surface, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin moving toward meaningful change.

A real space to work on things, together.

Some of the reasons couples reach out

→ Communication that feels stuck or repetitive

→ Frequent conflict or growing emotional distance

→ Parenting challenges and changing family dynamics

→ Infertility, pregnancy loss, or family-building stress

A safe, non-judgmental space for both of you

Every relationship has its own story. Some seasons feel easier than others. Couples counseling offers dedicated time to slow down, better understand what's happening in your relationship, and work through challenges together.

My role isn't to take sides or decide who's right or wrong. It's to help you understand one another more clearly, have more productive conversations, and find a way forward that feels right for your relationship.

Why private pay for couples?

Many people are surprised to learn that insurance doesn't always cover couples counseling. While some plans may offer limited benefits, coverage often depends on whether treatment is considered medically necessary.

Choosing private pay allows us to focus on your relationship—not insurance requirements. It gives us the flexibility to address the concerns that matter most to both of you and move at a pace that supports your goals.
