FAQ's

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to attend?

No. This is a psychoeducation group, not a clinical service. You don't need a diagnosis or a referral. If you or your partner are navigating ADHD โ€” diagnosed or suspected โ€” this group is open to you.

โ€‹

Can I attend if I don't have a partner?

Yes. The group is open to individuals with ADHD as well as couples. You don't need to attend with a partner โ€” many participants will be coming on their own.

โ€‹

Is this therapy?

No. This is a psychoeducation workshop โ€” focused on education, skills, and strategies rather than individual therapy. It is not billed through insurance and does not create a therapy relationship with Anna or her co-facilitator.

โ€‹

Will the workshop run if the minimum isn't met?

A minimum number of participants is required for this group to run. If registration doesn't reach that threshold, you'll be notified in advance and any payment received will be fully refunded.
